Khalid Mohd. Painting LLC, founded in 1982 has extensive experience in the field of high performance coating and decorative painting works. We have acquired reputation as a specialist painting contractor for new construction and maintenance industry.

The company has a turnover of AED 8.00 million & has successfully extended our services catering to masonry and carpentry works beyond building maintenance works. Our policy is one of continuous customer satisfaction and our commitment to quality guarantees consistent timely execution of projects, which is vital if the wishes of client and contractor are to be fulfilled.

In view of meeting the critical requirements of the contractor, consultants and clients, the company boasts a dedicated team of paint technicians, skilled painters, masons, and carpenters. To ensure timely delivery of projects and meeting the contractual obligations, a project management team is in place comprising of a project Manager, site engineers, general foreman and supervisors.

A total of 80 staff are employed in the group keeping in line with the project demands. We have accommodation facilities in Al Qouz and Ajman, well supported by the company’s own transport facility, ensuring easy movement of both men and materials to site and from.
